While hiking in the desert this past week this huge saguaro cactus caught my eye - it seems that every time I wander through the desert - the sun casts different shadows and drama - I have probably taken this picture before, but I just had to stop just in case it wasn't in my files;-) Looking straight up to the heavens gave a wonderful perspective of the massive size of these plants.
While painting this image it reminded me of lifting hands toward God in worship. All God's creation were made to praise and worship him~
Because your love is better than life,
my lips will glorify you.
